The Goal
Patient Care Coordination was inspired by a social worker’s passion. His name is Paul, and he’s an awesome guy. Paul gave us full control over his website’s design. They work with seniors, so they wanted a hip site that appeals to older folks and easy for them to navigate through. The previous site was difficult to navigate through. The arrangement of key features on the site, such as the “About Us,” and the “Contact Us” sections was poor. They appeared to be hidden and consequently came down to a low click-through rate.
The Solution
We changed the web page arrangement and strategically positioned the keywords and call-to-actions on the site for viewers to locate easily, especially for seniors. We improved the typography and made it easier for seniors to peruse. Users now find it easier to book appointments and contact them via the platform.
